Now
you see it – now you don’t!
Ever
wondered just how the heck those magicians do that amazing
stuff? Magic must be really hard to do, right?
And those magicians never tell us their secrets. So there’s no way that a funny,
professional magician and his cool and enthusiastic kid
sidekick are gonna go on TV and tell us just how easy
it really is, are they?… I’d like to see that!
Well
then – Presto!
Spellz™
Season II
is
a11:30 minute weekly show based in a colourful Fun House and
hosted by magician extraordinaire Jay Sankey and his pal, the
Amazing Bridget. Spellz™
Season II is
a fast paced, fun romp that reveals the mysteries behind
everyday and “not so everyday” magical tricks.
In
each episode Jay and the Amazing Bridget will magically appear
on the set. Using common objects such as cards, money and
paper clips, Jay will teach his protégé a few tricks and
then show the viewers just how he pulled it off.
Bridget,
the Amazing Kid Assistant will show Jay a simple
“Everyday Magic” trick and then teach him the
secret behind it. The
show will also give the viewers some handy magical tips from
Jay,
“Tricks of the Trade” and a short “Make-and-Do”
segment, showing young magicians how to make the props they
will need for their magic kit.
Our
pair of hosts will also talk “Tricky History” and share
with us some fantastic stories of magic in the long ago and
not so long ago past. From sorcerers of ancient Rome to Houdini’s disappearing
elephant trick, to the latest David Copperfield illusion, the
Tricky History segment tells us the exciting tales behind the
rich and incredible history of magic in quick and easy bites.
Along the way they’ll share some laughs and cool
discoveries.
