Once again we would like to thank you and your team for the excellent
work performed on this year's awards program. As you know we seek
to better the awards program every year and it is thanks to organizations
like yours that we are able to surpass expectations. The 2002 Branham
Awards were a resounding success due in large part to your firm's
efficiency, solid management, and professionalism. It's also important
to note the ease of dealing with you and your staff as well as your
overall ability of understanding our needs and in many cases anticipating
what those needs may be - a true sign of a professional organization.
On behalf of Branham thank you. We look forward to working with
you once again in Montreal for the 2003 Branham Awards.

Please allow me to express my sincere thanks for your efforts
in producing our Epoxy Lining video. This was my first experience
with this form of communication tool and based on the results, will
not be the last. I thank you and the entire staff for your professionalism.

In New York City, it is estimated that a person can record every
day of the year without visiting the same studio twice. The Canadian
Red Cross obviously has options when purchasing audio recording
services. Based upon our past relationship with GAPC, which has
always demonstrated the highest professional standards, the alternatives
are just names in the telephone directory. Thank you for building
such a strong team of customer-oriented employees. Repeatedly, they
anticipate our needs and increase our operational efficiency.

I am writing to thank you for the video you prepared for the
opening of our Employee Conference last month. Upon completion of
our conference, employees completed an evaluation form rating the
different speakers and segments of the program. The results of the
evaluation indicate that 97.7% of the respondents rated the opening
video at a 4 or 5 (on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being rated as 'excellent').
General Assembly is a very professional and accommodating organization,
we look forward to working with you again on future projects.

Thanks again for your tremendous work on the Ortona "Return"
radio PSA. Everyone who has heard the 60-second spot has been quite
taken by it. Perhaps the most telling testimony is from Ted Griffiths,
the 72-year-old Canadian veteran organizing the campaign to return
30 fellow vets back to Ortona. When Ted heard the finished production
of the PSA, which tells the story of the young Canadian soldier
who, on Christmas Eve in a deserted street of Ortona, kills a 17-year-old
German soldier with his bare hands, he was visibly moved. He found
the spot "very powerful" and asked if he could get a copy for himself,
a request we obliged then and there. His appreciation is something
for which all of us involved in the spot's production should be
proud. All told, it was a great team effort.
